What if I need custom functionality that isn't available through Method Apps?
Contact us at info@methodapps.com, we're always happy to talk to you about customizing your app for your particular needs, for a reasonable fee.
But it gets better, we're always looking for ways to make Method Apps more useful to all of our users. If we feel your idea would be of benefit to the Method Apps platform as a whole, we'll consider adding it at no charge to you, and making it available to all of our customers.

Can I change my app at any time?
Absolutely!
Using the Method Lab, you can add and remove modules to your app, change the content of those modules, and even change the order that they appear within the app. All of these changes are made live, which is to say that once you make them, they'll automatically show up in the app — no need to resubmit your app to Apple for approval.
There are some changes that do require us to resubmit your app to the App Store for approval, these submissions can take up to two weeks for Apple to review, however they are often much quicker than that. These changes include:
- Changing the startup screen (the very first screen users see when they launch the app, different from your Home Screen)
- Adding modules that didn't exist within Method Apps when you last submitted an app to the store
- Changing the icon of your app
- Changing the name of your app
Fortunately, these changes aren't common, and for now we're not charging to resubmit your app because of new modules we add. If we do start charging, you can be sure that it will only be what is absolutely necessary to cover our costs.

Can I cancel at any time?
You sure can. We think that once you start using Method Apps, you're going to want to stay with us, but if for any reason you need to cancel, you can do so at any time. Any costs and fees paid up to the point you cancel are non-refundable.

What about Android, BlackBerry, Palm or (insert your favorite mobile platform here)??
We're big fans of Apple and we've used their products for decades so we know how they work. That's why we started with the iPhone. But the mobile space is much bigger than the iPhone, and we're committed to serving all relevant mobile platforms in the coming months.
We already have plans in the works to expand Method Apps to Android and beyond just as soon as possible. We don't have a release date yet, but rest assured, it's on its way.

Are Method Apps iPad native?
The will be soon, we're pushing the little elves really hard to get the graphics scaled and layouts reformatted to support native iPad resolutions.

I know, right? It's cool — nay, it's amazing! We're supporting it right out the door. Your apps will look great on all iPhone models.
